沙特阿美收购荣盛石化10%股份以扩大在中国的业务

沙特阿拉伯达兰2023年3月29日 /美通社/ -- 全球领先的综合能源和化工公司之一沙特阿美（Armco）已签署最终协议，收购在深圳上市的荣盛石化股份有限公司（以下称"荣盛"）10%的股权， 收购价格为246亿元人民币（按当前汇率计算为36亿美元）。该交易将大大扩大沙特阿美在中国的下游业务。
